Also, held positions in diverse industries including Credit Rating, Academics, Corporate Training, and Media/Publication. Expertise: Possesses extensive knowledge in pharmaceutical sales, covering oral injectables and various dosage forms across multiple therapies including Gastroenterology, Neurology, Gynecology, Pediatrics, and various super specialist therapies. Additionally, has diverse exposure in fields like Credit Rating, Academics, Corporate Training, and Media/Publication.

With 19 years of extensive experience, He has delivered exceptional services in Learning & Talent Management. he is an expert in Soft Skills Training and has also provided outstanding contributions in goal setting and capacity building through his work on the PCB model learning wheel.

The testimony to Ashish’s 16 years of experience is evident from his past roles in companies such as Cipla Limited, Madan Retails, HCL Infosystem, Jetking Infotrain, Matrix Cellular International Services, among others. In these roles, Ashish has worked on national-level learning & talent management initiatives.

Ashish’s most recent assignment was with Cipla Limited, where he served as Manager-Learning & Talent Manager- North India.
